Aardvark were a typical example of the situation we find most companies in when we first start advising them on their I.T requirements
Starting off with only 4 PC's and a basic windows PC acting as a server we have supported them as they have expanded as a business and increased the demands on their IT infrastructure. Now with 13 Workstations, a conference room, 5 mobile workers and a fully-fledged server running Windows Small Business Server 2011 they have a solution that provides them with seamless email, data and collaboration wherever they are with the ability to easily expand as their business continues to grow.
At any moment in time, Aardvark can be working on multiple projects and due to the industry they are in they work in multi-disciplinary project teams so collaboration is key. Because of the nature of this work these projects can run over several years where information is constantly updated which in turn creates a need for large amounts of onsite storage. This is tackled by 2 DAS (Direct Attached Storage) Servers for fast and efficient data retrieval along with superior security.
Aardvark also take advantage of our offsite backup to prevent against any loss of data which would virtually cripple their business.
