Our Story
We aim to provide our clients with 1 point of contact for every aspect of their IT system, from IT Support, IT Consultancy and Procurement through to network installation, phone systems and broadband (with everything else in between).
PCN's Computer Service started life in 1999 as a humble IT repair store in the heart of Taunton. Its founding father and son team of Peter and Richard Neale quickly built a reputation for offering customer focused help and support to people from all over Taunton, Somerset and the Southwest of England.
Our ethos has always been around our clients and how IT can benefit and drive their business forward. Client relationships are the key to our success and we proudly support over 50 UK businesses, many of which have been with us for over 10 years.
We take immense pride in seeing our clients thrive and grow. We provide ongoing IT support and advice to ensure their systems continue to meet their evolving needs.

We started the year with a move to our new bespoke business premises, welcoming 3 new team members, and introducing a new service focusing on CCTV, Security, and Door Entry solutions. With our growing team, we were able to tackle larger projects and offer a diverse range of skills to cater to all our clients' needs.

Our flexible IT & Communications systems facilitated smooth remote work for clients. We guided others in seamless transition, fostering strong client relationships. Our established processes ensured success, enhancing pride in our business.
We welcomed our first full-time employee and invested in our very own sign-written van - a monumental move for the company!
